Ms worries

i have had tingling in both hands today. I did a lot of canoeing for the first time two days ago and my elbows etc are sore. Does this sound like MS. Is Ms bilateral in the hands or usually one sided. I have had this before by the way but just wondering ?

If it is MS, it would be the 1st canoeing induced case in medical history! :)
Sounds like some joint and muscle issues creating it.
