breathing problems back again :(

my back feels super tight and just feel like i cant get a full breath, it drives me mad because then i just think something is wrong with me all the time

Going through that Now. Except my chest feel sore and is preventing me from getting a deep breath.

I've been having this problem for the past few days. The doctor told me just because I wasn't feeling anxious before it happened doesn't mean subconsciously I wasn't feeling anxious. So this can bring on breathing difficulties and trying to hard to breathe can strain the muscles in your chest causing pain.

I am having this as well...I am assuming it is my asthma acting up, but my back is KILLING me. Makes me worry a bit...
