Painful veins - freaking out

Hi All

So due to my inflammatory bowel disease I have not been able to exercise for a whole year. Today I went for a longish walk whilst carrying heavy shopping bags and all night I have felt a vibrating in my legs and pain in my veins. I am so scared right now I don't want anything bad to happen to me

Does anyone else get pain in their veins

You said you went for a long walk, so the pain and slight trembling you are experiencing is probably from muscle stiffness after this. This is perfectly normal after doing exercise, especially if you had not been active for a while. My bet is that you are feeling much better already! Best wishes from Annie
