Not sure how to introduce myself..

Not sure how to introduce myself, but I am 56 year old female, that has undiagnosed health anxiety, stress, and possibly a heart condition ( which I am not sure I have but I might have) I also am having investigations into possible gall stones and GERD. My life could be better but it isn't and just tethering on the brink of either something awful or something that's nothing and I've worried myself to the enth about it stupidly.

Currently I am no meds.

I hope that by getting to know you on here will help alleviate some of my fears.
