Muscle Twitching

Hi everyone,
It's been a long time since I posted on here. I've been dealing with my anxiety but now and again it becomes worse. I've been having muscle twitching, legs and arms. It's not all the time, only when I am relaxed. I am seeing my doctor next week and I will him about it but is it normal? I hope it's normal and nothing horrible.

I wouldn't imagine muscle twitching is anything to worry about. I've noticed it at various times all through my life. I wouldn't worry about it.

My leg muscles have been twitching constantly 24/7, one after another for around a month. I can see it and feel it clearly as I'm typing, right now. It is definitely the anxiety. I consulted my GP. It is a combination of the anxiety/adrenaline and lack of sleep if you are suffering from that.

I get muscle twitches all over my body but most noticeably in my legs. It may be irritating but it's nothing to worry about, honestly. :)
