Constant pain upper back on either side

Had this for a week or so.

I had a very stressful week a couple of weeks ago.

Anyway, when i am stressed i listen to music and rock and back and forth against a pillow on the sofa.

I did this last week for four hours.

Could i have damaged the upper part of my back this way?
