Who has recovered completely from GAD using Claire Weekes' method?

GAD, not panic attacks. I could see how Claire Weekes would work perfectly for panic but I'm not sure about GAD.

I've not read that but maybe use the search facility and look for threads where people are recording successes with it. I've definitely seen many threads referring to it.

I would suggest looking for JonJones as he is a big proponent of Weekes and has mentioned how it has helped me tremendously.

Aside from our views on OCD Ryukil, I think Weekes was more aiming for GAD & panic and her methods are more solid in these areas.
