Work stress triggering chest tightness

Right now I am experiencing a lot of work stress, which I really feel like I can't handle. The most worrying part of it is that it is triggering chest tightness. I have what feels like a big knot just to the left of my solar plexus and it just makes me so scared. Im even considering quitting because of this stress and health anxiety worry.

As your rightly say the probable reason for your tight chest is tension in the chest muscles. Have you actually seen a Dr about this just so they can check and reassure you as well?

Last time I got my heart checked out by a doctor it came out fine, but that was a year and a half ago. My health anxiety makes me think something wrong happened since that time.

I went to the doctor for other stuff a month ago and she told me my blood pressure is bordering on high, but I guess that could be anxiety also.

I'm just really anxious today :(
