Anxiety about previous CAT SCANS X-rays

Im in my late twenties. have had anxiety pretty much my whole life. I had to have a abdominal cat scan with contrast when I had my appendix taken out, I have also had a cat scan of my head due to anxiety a few years ago. I have had a back X-ray for the chiropractor and several teeth X-rays, I have full abdominal X-rays and I have had chest x-rays. I cannot stop thinking about the damage I have done to my body, and I cannot stop being scared over this. I have a child, so I am always worried something bad is gonna happen to me, I just dont know what to do, I cannot live like this always worried. I am constantly worried all day, I dont wanna die :( Life is so difficult, I dont know what to do.

I'd ask my doc if he felt I had any grounds to worry. If he said I didn't I'd believe him. :)

If he tells you you are ok and you still worry, recognise the worry and take steps to stop the worry.

I know it's difficult. But it's probably the worry that's the problem more than the scan danger.
