Hi,
I have a problem with low self esteem and lack of confidence. I don't think that I am good enough. I have been like this for as long as I can remember and it has held me back a lot in my life. I always seem to repeat the same
patterns over and over.
I have just completed and passed a foundation course which would allow me to study history at university. It took me six years to build up the confidence to do this but once again I find myself feeling as though I am not good enough.
I have always had a passion and drive to learn and to better myself through the medium of learning and education. As a result of this I have taught myself many things over the years to improve my education. I have taught myself everything from English and French grammar to political theory. This is what motivated me to do the foundation course.
Has anyone else successfully dealt with the problem of low self esteem and could advise about how to deal with this problem/
