Hi, My health anxiety is mostly around cancer.
I am so worried and absolutely freaking out as I have just come across stuff on the internet about dental root canal treatment and a potential risk of cancer; In particular breast cancer. I have asked my dentist and he said he had seen it on social media and said it is not credible evidence but with my HA, everything to me seems credible.
I have just had 3 root canals and some new crowns - which has taken most of my savings.
Please please tell me that there are people out there who have, or know of people who have had root canals that are still fit and well afterwards and have not developed cancer.
Has anyone else heard of this before. Any reassurance would be appreciated
