Is it back again?

Feeling full of anxiety today so going to keep this brief but recently severe depression has come back. Today in the last 3 hours throat feels like its closing and feeling like my glands are making it difficult to breathe and feel agitated. Don't know whether this is OCD or actual illness. Im scared of going through another relapse of OCD and health anxiety. Please Help and sorry if this is an incoherent ramble
