Hi,
Does anybody get a feeling of falling or dropping.
I keep getting this, I get a split second where I feel like I am in a lift and dropping.
It is making my anxiety worse as I am in a constant state worrying about it happening in case next time I actually do fall.
I am finding myself holding on to things or leaning on things to make myself feel safer.
Its a horrible feeling and I get a horrible feeling in my stomach when it happens, this is all adding to my anxious state.
I am very anxious at the moment but don't know if that is due to worrying about the symptoms or if its the anxiety causing the symptoms.
It is a vicious circle, I am trying to control the anxiety but when this happens I am back to square one:shrug:
