Pneumonia fear.

Hello everyone. Today it has been non stop raining and i rode my bike to work so i had to sit in soaking wet clothes and then rode home getting soaking wet and just wondered if you this theres much chance i could get pneumonia? On the way home had stomach cramps and had diarreah wen i got home and had an upset stomach all evening, also had some mild chest pains and a bit of headache. Does this sound like pneumonia? Starting to freak out a bit. Im really scared. Any advice?

If in fact you were to get pneumonia it certainly would not have happened that fast. You became anxious and it caused your stomach upset and loose stools. Logically you can't have full blown pneumonia symptoms in only a matter of a few hours. I think you be fine!
