Scared and alone

Hi

So I've posted a number of threads about my recent vein issues due to a very aggressive looking and painful vein on the front of my lower right leg. I've noticed now that more and more veins are painful and are extremely noticeable. I am currently stressed due to personal reasons and I'm not sleeping. However my anxiety is not as high as it was a few months back but I am still so scared that the doctors have missed something and I either have cancer again or have a blood clot.

I have inflammatory bowel disease which I am trying to adjust to.

Sorry this is very rambled and I'm struggling to express what I want to say, just feel very vulnerable and scared

Hi Laura, I hope you're able to relax and get a good night's sleep. I've had insomnia for quite a while too and health anxiety doesn't really help. If your doctor already saw you and he wasn't concerned then it's unlikely that there's anything serious going on. Try not to worry or at least to distract yourself by reading or watching a movie :-)
