Bruising - very worried

Hello everyone. I bruised myself today when i bumped into a cabinet, its blue bruising on my thigh and its quite painful and tender. Could this be anything to worry about? Im really freaking out. Any advice/reassurance?

no its fine, i had a accident at work in march , And im not joking my bruise was the size of a a4 piece of paper, and it was every colour you can think of , Purple , black, yellow, red, orange, blue, pink and that was very painful and sore lol so dont worry

its a bruise nothing more nothing less what you can do is put a hot compress a few times a day and let the blood soak back in
i had a bruise the other day that went from blue, red and then yellow lol
everybody is different but do put a hot compress
