Was brushing and found a weird skin thing under my tongue, it was flat and then once i touched it it hung off my tongue about 1 cm long. What is it? Should I go ask for hpv medication if it exists. I have had a white tongue for awhile and pain at the back but my dentist told me the tongue is normal and did a mouth swab, no bacterial issues. Could this be oral cancer somehow and just not seeing it. I am pretty close to going to the mental institute I lost it this year
