Hiya all,

Im new to this.. panic and anxiety have been the bain of my life. They have ruined all kinds of relationships, with partners, family and friends. I have become an expert in isolation and am finally looking for help. I have recently found the news letters from panic away to be really useful. The realisation that symptoms of panic attacks are uncomfotable but not dangerous helps. It also seems eeally important not to distract yourself from panic but to lear to accecpt it in order to be ok with it and eventually embrace it to change the body and minds response. Anyway, if you have any tips....let me know. George
