This is my first post but I have been following the Forum for some time. I am currently in an arduous and boring job and have lost my identity. I am on anti depressants to get me through the day and I've made a conscious effort to change my circumstances for the better but it might upset people though it is for everyone's long term benefit. This is causing me a great amount of stress. Am u so wrong for wanting to better everyone's lot?
