Major panic with my mole! Please help!!

So I woke up today , and my partner has pointed out a mole on my neck is inflamed . Well it looks like a white spot little like a nettle sting , and my mole is on the side of it . Can this happen through irritating it or accidentally touching it ? Major panic on now ! Got a doctors appointment but not too Wednesday ! Thanks everyone who messages

I've had that before; it was a spot that happened to appear touching my mole so it looked like the mole was inflamed. Put some sudocream on :). Sudocream solves 99.9% of problems (ish) :)
