Leukaemia worried please read

I'm soo convinced I have leukaemia I'm terrified!! Started with a lump in back of neck which had checked n was fine now I've noticed petechiae and a bruise on back of leg I'm freaking out!! I have all other symptoms too and I can't get a appointment with the gp! What should I do :(

I have petechiae on my feet. Showed them to my gp and she didn't seem concerned by them. I think it's because of the pressure the entire weight of the body puts on our legs and feet, causing the capillaries near the surface of the skin to burst.
