suffer from cancer fears and panic disorder

Hi My name is cathy and I live in Canada. I suffer from panic disorder and always worry I have cancer, right now I am worried about oral cancer.
I know I may sound crazy to people but this is a real fear and disrupts my happiness.:weep:
