my experience with panic attack

hi, im 26 years old. i've been suffering from panic attacks since 2008 feb.
i spent 4 worst years of my life with this disorder. now i'm cured from it.
God helped me and healed me. i want to share my stories and experience too.
i was searching for whatsapp group of panic attack online. i found this.
i want to share my experience really. and i have some doubts on this. plz respond to my post
