Bronchitis and blip?

Hi everyone, just looking for a bit of reassurance please. I was doing well until I started to get sick. A bad cold has turned into bronchitis. With that my anxiety has reared it's head. I'm feel panicky again, nauseas especially in the morning and waves of panic. Do you think this is 'normal' for when we get sick our anxiety spikes and it should ease as I get better? I'm just feeling disappointed because things were going pretty good. Thanks for reading.

Yeh definitely.

My whole mood goes on a bit of rollercoaster when I get colds, viruses etc.

Self monitoring and finding all of those unpleasant symptoms and sensations that come with bronchitis is a great way to trigger your anxiety I'd say.
When it's gone and you self monitor and feel clear and stable again I imagine you'll feel a lot less anxious.

Thanks Dave. Amazing how a few words can put the mind at ease :). I went to the docs today and are on some new antibiotics so will hopefully be better soon.
