Good evening,
I'm Robert, from the South of the UK.
Been on/off medication for a few years now.
Started off as being a "worrier" I suppose. Seem to always be thinking the worst may happen when things are going well, and when things not so good, sort of confirms my fears, if that makes sense.
It's affected my confidence, my mood, my aspirations for the future, my appetite, my self-esteem, my sleep, and my attitude towards those I love and those I work with.
Hope this site can be of help to me. Thank for for letting me join, and for saying my bit above.
