Hi there,
My name is Em.. I just thought i'd introduce myself. I'm currently on a waiting list for CBT for generalised anxiety. I've read this forum a lot recently, and it always seems to give me a lot of hope to know i'm not alone.
I'd love to get to know some of you better.

A week :)
The said it was 6 weeks plus when I had the initial assessment last week. I just got the letter through the door today - scored 16/27 for depression (I don't feel depressed at all) and 21/21 for GAD.
