Hello. I'm a 20 year old male and today I got a sudden relatively sharp pain in my back under my left side scapula. The pain started when I was laying in bed and I first thought it was just me laying in an awkward position. I got up but the pain persisted, alternating between pretty sharp to dull pain and it felt like I had something in my throat when the pain came. The pain seems to be better when I sit upright or stand up but when I lay down it gets worse.
I'm pretty worried as my mind tells me it's something serious like something in my lungs or heart. Could this just be a muscle pull or something? Never had anything like this before.
