I'd rather not disclose my name but I needed a place to either read about other people's experiences with anxiety or to seek out some people who get how I feel. I'm a woman, mid 20s.

I've had bouts of what I now understand to be health anxiety for years, it's also manifested in depression. I only really got diagnosed with anxiety a few years ago. I've been on Lexapro on and off when things got bad and I've coped well off it. I just know I need to keep myself in check. I really didn't know what to say but I feel like I may stick around for a while and see what here is like.
