help please

I'm scared again over stupid chest pains . Was just relaxing and had what I can describe as a pain like something was stabbing me just over my left breast around that area. It felt like being stabbed with needles repeatedly and came and went for about ten minutes and now I'm having panic attack cause I'm so scared because of it . I've had tests on heart done in 2013 and they normal I had an ecg done Thursday which was normal I don't suffer from high blood pressure either but I'm scared from these pains I'm having. Please can someone help me.xx

Nobody here can help you because you just keep repeating the same thing over and over. Your heart is fine, I genuinely don't know what else to say to you anymore.
