Sinus...Hot facial feeling

Anyone with sinus issues find that they also get hot face flushing with the congestion ?

Yup. I thought I had a fever all the time when my sinuses were really bad last year for months. I ended up taking my temp, which was always normal, but my cheeks and forehead got really hot.
