holiday anxiety off the scale :-(

Im going on holiday nxt week.....my anxiety is out the roof!!!!......ive been here a thousand times so why is it still as scarey????......ive tried everything.....theres 17 of us going...,,everyone is so excited EXCEPT ME!...now im looking 4 a way out....any excuse....something to happen so i dont have to go,i wake up having a panic attack,i dream negative stuff about this holiday,how am i supposed to cope when i have no control over my subconcious mind when im sleeping......AAAARRRRRRRR:mad:

That has happened to me in the past and it has always been the case that the anticipation anxiety is worse than the anxiety when actually travelling xx
