Worm in the fruit

I was eating pears. I had eaten 2-3 bites from the outer edge when I saw the fruit was little brown inside, I immediately cut open the fruit and I saw 4-5 tiny white worms crawling.
i am absolutely freaked out right now.
Will it go inside my brain? Is it dangerous? Will something bad happen

and as for it going to your brain there is no route from your digestive system to your brain so impossible
