twitching eyes and now my lips? Anyone else?

So I have anxiety, obviously - I"m here on this forum.

For the past few months my bottom lip twitches, if I go to whistle it starts twitching, if i drink from my water bottle it twitches and now today it's just twitching.

I've had eye twitches for years and years, but now my lips?!
Does anyone else get this - I'm not worried about it being a dreaded disease - ( though should I be!?)

I just want to know if anyone else gets it?
I've been hugely stressed and not sleeping so I"m assuming it's that - it's just really annoying!!!!

I have been twitching for 30 years, mostly face or legs but can be abdomen or anywhere to be honest. my top lip has been twitching on and off for past 6 weeks and my eyelid can twitch to actually partially shut my eye occasionally.

In almost all cases its benign twitching, your Dr would only be inerested if you also developed over time def weakness in your limbs etc which you do not have.

It's called BFS (benign fasciculation syndrom). I have it also and a lot of ppl on this forum have it...no reason to worry
