fear of cancer, freaking out

Few days ago I visited a close relative who has cancer. Despite my health anxiety I didn`t know that it will affect me so much, so i went there thinking that I will be brave enought to handle that. But I wasn`t. Now I can`t take this horrible illness out of my mind.
These days I`m alone too (my friends are out of town) so all I do is checking myself and my "symptoms" on Google.
Is there any way out of this?

Please stop googling. It is the worse thing for people like us. Every time you feel like googling Google something different like an animal name.
