Heart problem or acid reflux

Hi!

Okay so I've just eaten quite a big meal and I am now sitting down. I've got a feeling of acid reflux I can feel food coming back up into my throat (sorry for the informations) my chest feels quite tight and I also have lower back pain, neck pain and my arms feel weak. But I don't know if the back and arm symptoms are because of panic.
I'm 18, fit and healthy but I'm just worried it's heart related. I've never had any EKG or anything on my heart as doctors always say I'm so young and it's extremely unlikely.
Do you think it's my heart or acid reflux causing this?

personally I would say its acid reflux I get it all the time too especially pain in my chest and like burning sensations then the pain in my back and shoulders usually and then my arms get weak then a whole bout of other symptoms due to the panic... try some breathing exercises and occupy your mind (easier said than done) and im sure it will pass..

My symptoms are literally the same, my arms feel weak too!

Try to take some antacid. It will bring it down. I have had acid reflux and used to have same symptoms.
