This started about 2 weeks ago, and it usually happens quite rarely, until a couple of days ago when it started happening more frequently.
It's not a constant feeling; it comes for about 5 seconds then goes. It's right in the middle of my chest, level with my armpits, and it's very focused in the middle. There's no pain or any other symptoms (apart from the feeling of worry), it just feels quite tense for a few seconds, then goes. It's right on the surface of my chest, not deep down. When I look at my chest, it doesn't seem to move like one's muscle would if it were spasming or twitching. It's seemingly random, apart from on a few occasions where it's happened while I was doing a certain private activity... :blush:
I'm just worried it could be serious, and I can't find much about this on the internet.
