This morning I came across this article online:

It's about a mirror that is in production that can detect possibility of disease! I laughed because my immediate thought was "I will NEVER get that!!! It would send me off the deep end!!" Had to chuckle at myself. I think having a good old laugh makes it a bit easier dealing with anxiety.
Thought I'd share with people who would understand why I'd react that way to the article :D
