Bowel toilet issue

My issue is when I'm at home and I feel I need the toilet but hold off the very odd time like 1 in 50 times I've went to the toilet and there's been a slight mark there not quite incontonence but worried it could lead to that?or are under wear marks normal? I'm quite OCD about this and want to throw away clothes not sure why I get this problem? Sometimes I can use an entire roll of toilet paper and still in the morning have the odd mark the very odd time?

Use baby wipes. (Don't put too many down the toilet though) :)

I've got to be honest. It all sounds normal, apart from your obsession with it.

Start trying to look for evidence why it WOULDNT be what you fear instead of constantly looking for evidence that it IS what you fear.

None of it sounds like incontinence.
