Hi there I am really freaking out. Yesterday I had a really hot bath and then walked for 2 miles quite quickly to meet my parents for dinner at a restaurant I also had a new shirt on. My mother touched my hand and told me my skin was cold and clammy. I was really upset by this I immediately thought I was having a silent heart attack as I know that clammy skin can be a sign of one. I did Google it, and I can't seem to find any other reason for cold clammy skin but I thought it could be because I had walked quite quickly and I am on beta blockers but I can't sleep for worrying.
