Fear of driving alone...

As the title says I have to get over the fear of driving by myself. I'm ok if I have my 'safe person' with me. My car has gone wrong and needs fixing. I was suppose to follow behind another person but ended up having a panic attack before I got in the car. Now my chest is hurting :weep:

My children were trying to calm me down...I try not to panic in front of them. My 6 year old thought I was just getting upset because my car had to go away. She was said to me " it will be ok. They will bring your car back soon."

I feel like a big let down! :sad:

Awwww, I had this the other week where my kids were in the car. I ended up pulling over and jumped out the car. Have you tried carrying a bottle of water with you? I do this. I also ask my 13yr old daughter to sit in the front and chat to me about anything and everything so I dont have time to think about anything else x
