Did anyone listen to Jeremy Vine on Radio2 today? The phone-in was about how bad childhoods have affected them in later life. It was with Julia Neuberger.

Most people had some terrible stories - about being told how they just were not wanted for example.

Someone came on at the end and said how you didn't need to have had that degree of pain inflicted on you to end up with bad psychological problems in adult life. That sounds more like me - it wasn't much fun for me and I needed more love that was on offer.

You can hear the show on the internet until Sunday.http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio2/shows/vine/ and click Listen Again for Monday - its an hour into the programme and you can use the fast forward button.

And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance, I hope you dance.

Why do these eyes of mine cry?
Dont they know its the end of the world?
It ended when you said goodbye
