Anyone having terrible night and daytime sweats. It just happens for no obvious reason. Changing bedding every night, soaking wet. Through the day even just sitting trying to relax, the sweats are there.

I have the same. Doc says its anxiety. I feel like I constantly need a bath.

Try some deep slow stomach breathing before sleep and through the day. It activates the Vagus nerve that controls swetting also triggers the parasymthetic nervous system that in return calms the body and the part of the brain that deals with fight or flight (the limbic system) emotional part of the brain.

I have had & still have but not at bad the same problem.
