Hi for months now over been getting a weird sensation in the back of my head and neck it starts to happen when I lay down to do my relaxation it doesn't start state away it happens after about 5 mins or so while on laying there,but for the past few wks I seem be lightheaded after I have had the weird sensation which seem to last the rest of the day and now I keep thinking its either a brain or neck tumor as I've notice that the back of my neck hurts afterwards too, I've mentioned this to my gp before about the weird sensations but they just dismissed it but I haven't been back to ask about the lightheadedness I get afterwards as o thought I'd ask on here if any one else has experienced this as my go just seems to put everything down to anxiety.
