Random pains all over, extreme panic

I keep getting them today and they are all over my head and in my chest. Usually sharp, and they come and go. I spent all day home and i`m extremely anxious because of that ... when i don`t leave the house for a day or two my panic is sky high. My chest feels tight and it feels like i`m suffocating because of the panic. I can`t go for a walk now cause i`m alone and it`s too late, and my friends are not here. But i feel imprisoned in this room and i even hate being at my own house. I would go to sleep but i know that i will be just lying in bed overthinking. I`m fed up

My advice is if you can't sleep then get up & do something to take your mind off the thoughts that enter your mind when lying there; tire yourself out so you will sleep.
The pains sound like they are related to anxiety. Can you not sit in the garden if you can't get out for a walk?

Thats what i did this morning, i was in my gadren listening to music and reading, now i feel better. It sucks to be alone... i hate it
