Does anyone else experience periods of exhaustion? I've been in France for 10 days now, at least 7 of those I've been sightseeing for 3+hrs. I've also doubled my exercise, and it's been hot. Yesterday I just seemed to crash, feeling very unstable/hungry/dizzy/fatigued - I couldn't walk up a flight of stairs without feeling like I'd run a marathon with a racing heart, I've got up this morning and keep falling back asleep, very weak and vertigo-ey. Worried about brain tumours or something horrendous. Makes me want to go home. :( x
