brain numbness venlafaxine

anxiety condition 10 years. taking venlafaxine 6 years. cut down the last 2 years to 37.5mg. thought i was cured. now brain numbness and my senses feel weird. i cant stop crying. i want it to end. i cant understand what is happening to me? why is the right side of my brain numb and my body feels weird.. anybody have a rational explanation or any reassurance that im not going to get stuck here? im scaredive got permanent brain damage from taking venlafaxine.

please help
