Hi, I had been posting for a while about mild chronic tension type headaches from about July 2011 til about January 2014. I had no neurological symptoms at all & was assured by Drs it wasn't brain tumor which I was freaking out about. These headaches slowed down a lot but didn't completely stop from Jan 2014 til about Sept 2014 & then kind of started again but slowly. Now in the last month, it seems like a repeat of July 2011-January 2014. It's mainly mild & doesn't usually need painkiller but can be annoying. It moves from spot to spot on head. If you check the archives, I Haven't posted about this issue for about 5 months. Is it uncommon to get what I was getting from 7/2011-1/2014, have it slow down & restart like this? I feel anxious about this & I hesitated to post about this again but felt I needed to. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? I really need feedback. Thank You.

I can't say I have experienced this, but I very rarely ever get headaches.

My only real help to you is not to panic, calm down and take a step back. Lots and lots of people get headaches for no physiological reason - and if it is, it might be tight muscles on your neck or back. Headaches are exceptionally common in anxiety - brain tumours are exceptionally uncommon (or other forms of neurological disorder).

As always, if you feel there is something deeply wrong, always get yourself checked out. But try and keep perspective here - you've had it before, you got through it.

Thank You very much for your helpful feedback & it's true I have been through this before. I believe it's mainly tension stemming partly from anxiety & posture. I also have some sinus issues.
