just a quick question, how do you deal with shortness of breath if and when you have it? i find it so frustrating

usually when you have anxiety related shortness of breath it is because you are breathing thru your chest and not thru your belly..try putting your hands on your stomach and feel your belly go up and down and when you breathe....also try to exhale slowly and for a count of 7...breathing too fast causes shortness of breath too
