Hi everyone I'm Megan I just recently turned 30 :ohmy: and I have anxiety I'm from Cape Town South Africa.
I was,first diagnosed with anxiety at the age of 16 was @ my worst along with good doctors and research I came a very long way,however recently I have probably taken all those steps back and feel like I'm worse off now, I'm scared all the time, can't sleep, keep fighting with everyone close 2 cause all I wanna do is cry and be alone, I avoid going our and became so down.I do.however manage 2 put on a happy face go 2 work.and work hard, I was a member on this group a few years,ago and found it very helpful and made good friends.
So that's me back after about 7 years.
