cant sleep nearly starting to cry

hey good people keep getting dull aches and nervous feeling also feels like pressure on the right side of my stomach and its annoying me so much that i cant sleep and dont know what to do always thinking the worst and about to burst into tears :( can someone help ?

Try not to worry yourself over these little symptoms, it's easy fot me to say as I have some kind of virus atm and I am worrying excessively it's something sinister. Are u naturally anxious? It doesn't sound like anything to overly concern yourself with as we all can get these kind of physical aches, pains etc from time to time. Try get some sleep and relax, then in thr morning u can reevaluate.

it started at the gym n i pulled something in the lower right abdoman a year ago ago and it keeps flaring up and plus i have ibs and ever since i had celluitis in both legs and feet i keep thinking the worst now
